We had a property to sell and we listed it Gianni Cognetti of The Professionals Real Estate Fairfield . After a market analysis we were advised to auction the property by Gianni . A strong marketing strategy was undertaken and we did go to auction with a number of bidders on site to bid for the property .
Due to the successful marketing a price well above reserve was achieved.
