T&J Realty Pty Ltd T/as Professionals Real Estate Fairfield first commenced trading in October 2001. The principal, Joanna Cognetti has over 30 years of selling experience. Our Property Management team is lead by our Senior Property Manager, Tania Pacenza who has successfully managed rental properties in the local area for over 21 years and has vast experience and knowledge. Simon Cognetti has been apart of our team and a Property Manager for 10+ years. Simon keeps abreast of the trends in technology for both the Fairfield Sales team and the Fairfield Rental Team. Helen Karidakis has 25+ years experience in Property Management and has also brought assistance with office admin and management within our team. Catillo Cognetti has 30+ years experience in Office Management having run his own business for more than 20 years in the financial industry and has a wealth of knowledge, technology management and also manages the Commercial arm of the office. Gianni Cognetti, the youngest of the family, has 5 years experience within the Real Estate industry. He has completed 4 years as a Property Manager and has recently commenced his journey in the Sales Department. Rafea Sakat, the newest addition to our Property Management team, has 3 years experience in the industry. Rafea has provided extensive support to the Property Management team as well as to the local area and Arabic community. Our office is a family owned business with stable employment. You deal with reliable people for long periods, unlike larger companies who are forever changing office staff. Our team is large enough to cover demand, yet small enough to give friendly personal service.
